Enrollment Requirements
We accept students based on their vaccination status rather than age. Students must be up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations and be under the routine care of a licensed veterinarian.
For Board & Train, students must have at least their first two rounds of puppy vaccinations, including protection against bordetella, canine distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza. This is most commonly given as a combination vaccine called DHPP.

For Day School, students must be fully vaccinated for all of their routine puppy vaccinations, including protection against bordetella, canine distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza. This is most commonly given as a combination vaccine called DHPP. Puppies should have three to four rounds of these vaccines (dependent on age of their first round of vaccinations.

Puppies should also have a recent negative fecal before enrollment in any Puppy Preparatory Program.

Canine Influenza Notice
Charlotte has seen an increase in severe canine influenza cases over the last several months. To keep our students as safe and healthy as possible, we now require all students to be vaccinated for canine influenza prior to training. This is a two-part vaccine, and puppies must have at least their first dose to enroll.
